With the season changing we would like to talk about some of the seasonal beneficial fruits in stock at your local grocer. Some in-season produce for the month of June are:
- Plums- Rich in fiber and Vitamins A, C and K
- Papaya- Great antioxidant, Vitamins C and E, Good for your eyes and skin
- Strawberries- Sodium-free, Fat-free, & Rich in antioxidants
