Today we would like to talk about the importance of a good nights sleep!

Not getting a good nights sleep (8 hours) can affect you in many ways. Lack of sleep can cause:- Lowered concentration
- Depression
- Headaches
- Dizziness
- Poor memory
- Can reduce the extent of growth
- Can affect your weight
